TalkGroup Refund Policy
The short version
TalkGroup is free. Optional upgrades are one-time purchases made through Apple, and Apple handles all payments and refunds. There are no subscriptions, and nothing is sold on this website.
What you can buy
Upgrades are one-time in-app purchases on the App Store. You pay once, and there is nothing to cancel. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy, in your local currency, including any taxes Apple collects.
How to ask for a refund
Apple processes every TalkGroup payment, so only Apple can issue a refund. We cannot see your payment or refund it ourselves.
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought with.
- Choose "Request a refund", pick the reason, and select the TalkGroup purchase.
- Apple decides and lets you know, usually within a few days.
Apple's own refund rules apply. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another place that gives you a legal right to cancel a digital purchase, Apple handles that too, and nothing here limits it.
If an upgrade is not working
Please email [email protected] first. Often it is fixed by restoring your purchase: Settings, then Upgrades, then Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account you bought with. If we cannot fix it, we will tell you, and you can ask Apple for a refund.
After a refund
When Apple refunds an upgrade, the app stops unlocking it on your phones.
